What does CANAR do?
CANAR helps maintain positive service outcomes to consumers of American Indian/Alaska Native Vocational Rehabilitation Programs through the various trainings provided to Tribal VR Program Staff at CANAR Conferences.

CANAR Provides a forum to study, deliberate, and act upon national issues affecting rehabilitation with the goal of expanding quality rehabilitation services to Native Americans with disabilities.

CANAR supports research that leads to an improvement of rehabilitation services for Native Americans with disabilities across the country.
