The CANAR Leadership Team is excited to announce registration is NOW OPEN for the 2015 CANAR Annual Conference which will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah on November 9 - 12, 2015.
Act now to receive the early registration fee of $400. Early registration ends on October 15, 2015. Effective October 16, 2015, the registration fee will be $450.
As is CANARâ€™s practice, consumers are offered a special registration fee of $100. On-site registration will cost $500.
The Conference is an excellent opportunity to meet and greet others involved in vocational rehabilitation services from various parts of the United States. Representatives from the 85 Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation Programs, American Indians and Alaska Natives with disabilities, state vocational rehabilitation agencies, client assistance programs, tribal government leaders and program administrators, educators, researchers and professionals involved in vocational rehabilitation services will gather to learn ways to provide better services to clients.
The 2015 CANAR Annual Conference will be held at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown, located at 215 West South Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please ask for the conference block under the CANAR name to receive the discounted conference rates. The CANAR rate is $106, plus taxes, per night. The hotel will extend the conference rate for 3 days prior to and 3 days following the conference, based on availability. Please make hotel sleeping room arrangements directly with the conference hotel either by calling 1-888-333-3333. Tell the hotel you are with CANAR.
The conference will begin on Tuesday, November 9 and will conclude on Thursday, Thursday 12, 2015.

The CANAR conference is an excellent way to exhibit your products or services to vocational rehabilitation professionals who serve the American Indian and Alaska Native populations.
Booth dimensions will be approximately 8" x 10" and include one (1) shirted table, two (2) chairs and a printed identification sign. All items must fit within the 8" x 10" space unless you purchase extra booth space. Corporate – $700
Federal/State Agencies – $700
Non-Profit (including educational institutions) – $300
American Indian Artisans – $100
Note: There is an additional fee of $50 if electricity is needed.
After you register, you will need to provide us with the following information for our conference vendor list: your logo, a description (50 words max) of the business/service/product you provide, and verification of the contact information provided above for your organization’s primary contact to be printed on the conference vendor list. This information may be emailed directly to Levi Rickert at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Written notice of cancellation must be received at least fifteen (15) days before the date of the conference for a refund to be issued.
Door prizes may be given away during the conference and vendors may be asked to donate one (1) item from their booth. Your name or organization will be mentioned when your donated item is awarded. Donations are encouraged but not required.
Exhibitor should be at their exhibit from on Tuesday (November 10); Wednesday (November 11) and Thursday (November 12) from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Move-in: Monday, November 9th from 12 noon – 5:00 p.m.
Move-out: Thursday, November 12 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
