I have witnessed the absolute success and extraordinary strategies that CANAR has accomplished over the last 12 years that I have been involved with tribal VR.
Joe Kelley	Last replied to at September 28, 2009, 10:09 am good morning Norman yes this is a topic of interest for CANAR and one we will work on. i do think that this is sort of an anomilie in that the deal with the change of definitions caught them at the end of the FY so it impacted the notification date. however, if they had dealt with it in a timely fashion as prompted last year it would have not been an issue. we will put this on the slate of things to deal with and discuss with RSA during this year. thanks for the comment.
Norman Shawanokasic	Last replied to at September 28, 2009, 9:48 am Here is a topic for discussion. I would like some feed back and suggestions. Every year tribal 121 projects play the "waiting game" to see if they are refunded. We should all share some ideas as to how to address this issue and how can we better approach this issue. I'm sure that there are some people we can contact. Do you think this is something that CANAR administration/officers should be addressing? I think it is. What ares some of your thoughts?
