Good morning AIVR Directors –

You’ve been hearing word about an upcoming CANAR Success Story Booklet and we’ve now gotten a template ready for you to start sending in those stories – complete with a consent to release information form that your consumer must sign. Thanks to Michelle Wilson (Chickasaw Nation), Executive Board Member for developing the template with input from the CANAR executive board members. All is attached in the email sent over the list serv, including very specific instructions and the timeline- May 15 is your deadline for submission to be included in the booklet. Please email me with any questions that you might have.
